- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the type of video... for some projects I have an hourly rate and for others, like weddings, I have a fixed starting price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn as much as I can about new clients... where they're coming from, what they hope to achieve with their video, and the style that they prefer. The more I know about them, the better I can make their video fit them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The video world is constantly changing, and I do my best to keep up with it all. As a gear-head, I love to play with new cameras and other tools of the trade. I also study film-making, because I like to incorporate the same type of elements into my work.
