There aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for Deon and the entire Ambriel Maintenance team. My AC unit completely stopped working around 9 PM, and I initially contacted RS Andrews for help. They promised someone would call me back, but two hours passed with no response. I called again, only to be told they were still busy on another job. After waiting another hour, they completely ghosted me. By this point, it was already 2 AM, my room was 83 degrees, hotter than my garage, and absolutely impossible to sleep in. Out of desperation, I reached out to Ambriel Maintenance, and within 10 minutes Deon arrived. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had my AC running perfectly again in less than 20 minutes. The speed, professionalism, and care they showed, especially so late at night, were unmatched. Where a more “reputable” and popular company failed to follow through, Ambriel Maintenance exceeded every expectation. I am forever grateful for their boutique-style, customer-focused service and highly recommend them to anyone in need. What can I say about Ambriel Maintenance? They were immediately available to come by same day within a few hours. If I recall correctly, my air conditioner suddenly stopped working early last Friday morning. Recognizing it has been hot lately, I needed to get it fixed immediately, so I looked on Thumbtack for a repairman. Mr. Gertr from Ambriel Maintenance returned my call within five minutes and, to boot, arrived at my house within twenty minutes. He checked my electrical boxes, condenser in the attic, and, ultimately, the air conditioners. The problem turned out to be a bad connection in the electrical boxes. I highly recommend his services. He was exceptionally thorough and professional, and the price was good as well!
