- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since our company works with small business owners and solopreneurs, we try to work within the client’s budget. We can accommodate most budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we make sure to put them first. We listen to their needs, desires and what they hope to gain from the project. Once those needs have been stated, it is our job to research and develop the best option for the customer. Once we present the options to the customer, and the customer agrees, we being working to create amazing design concepts for our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience – since the owner started learning HTML and graphic design at the age of 12! We also have over 7 years of freelance experience 2+ years of corporate experience and over 6 years of educational training (and counting!).
