Real estate photo sessions start at $275 and are scoped to the property size and deliverables needed. Current options include listing photography, drone and vertical-video add-ons, short-term-rental coverage, headshots, brand sessions, and campaign production. A 50% deposit confirms a booking. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send the property address or project details, target date, and coverage you need. I confirm scope, availability, and any drone considerations, then send booking details. On shoot day I handle production and deliver the final gallery or files on the agreed timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 10 years of professional photography and video experience across real estate, corporate and brand content, headshots, editorial projects, and production work for outlets and organizations including People Magazine, Psychology Today, Bossip, and TV One.
