How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first started yoga in 2014 during my first deployment to Afghanistan. I wanted to add something new and gentle to my workout routine, but quickly realized the other benefits of Yoga outside of increasing my flexibility! I later used and now teach yoga as a healthy form of coping and being resilient mentally, emotionally and physically!
