Save time and get a price that is reasonable, I highly recommend Imperial. Before contacting Imperial, I had Bardi and Strada come by and diagnose the issue, but they were only interested in replacing the entire unit at $10k-14k. When I asked them about the repair, they said there aren’t any compressors around for that model. I came to Thumbtack and sent out request for estimates based upon the diagnostics and only two companies responded. I went with Imperial and I’m glad I did. Yolanda followed up with the estimate, sent me a quote and put me on the schedule. She did this on a Sunday afternoon. I was sent a time in a day via text. Ricardo text me that he was in route and showed up a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We discussed the repairs he began to work and finished it and what would be considered a proper amount of time. He performed the work in a professional manner, not cutting corners and doing the things that some technicians may think would take too much time. My AC is blowing cold, even in the high ceiling skylighted then that’s always a challenge to get cold in the hotter days. I trust this company I trust Yolanda and Ricardo and should another need come up. Imperial will be the company I call.

I called Imperial to install two capacitors for my A/C unit. Imperial offered a great price amd so i went with them. Oraine was the technician they sent. He was on time, very professional, installed my capacitors quickly and propery and even saw a rodent chewed a wire and quickly clipped it and fixed it. I would hire them again ... ask for Oraine! lol
