First of all- why are we limited to only being able to check 3 of the 5 qualities? Sam and his company, Miranda Atlanta Home Services, deserves to not only have Work Quality, Professionalism and Responsiveness checked, but Value and Punctuality checked as well! Our Nest thermostat went out last night at 9:15 PM. Even though we have an older Trane unit and Sam discovered the only part available was 45 minutes away, by 3PM today, Sam had driven all that way to pick up the part and back, had replaced the panel, fixed the issue and our house was warming up again!!! Miraculous! A leak decided to spring up under the sink at the same time and then, like magic that was fixed as well. All for an amazingly affordable price and the most informative and educational experience we have ever had with a repair service in our entire lives (and we are NOT spring chickens, by any stretch of the imagination!). THANK YOU 1000X-over, Sam. We feel so lucky to have found you!

He is very professional and detail. He takes photos and video of problems. He explains in detail what is wrong and how problem can be solve or fix. He brakes the cost down and let’s u know the severity and if it’s not fixed what problems you may have in the future. He checks on his work a few days later to make sure that you are a satisfied customer I highly suggest using him for HVAC services.
