This review is long overdue. Clint Barbour is an excellent attorney who recently helped me "win" or retain custody of my daughter. Her absentee mother hired the "most expensive/best" rated law firm locally. It didn't take him showing up in a Lamborghini to make the opposition like ridiculous. Clint's precision and attention to detail made the opposition's responses to interrogatories ...uh...uh...this "unduely burdensome"...translation = we can't answer that because we will have our case thrown out of this courtroom (i/e we can't explain why our client has not paid one single cent in child support for 8 years.)After 6 months of awful, I ended up walking away retaining primary custody of my daughter and 50/50 custody of my son who had been held over my head as a trophy or bargaining chip for the first year of his life. Anyone who is in need of legal representation is likely in a crisis and needs to hear specific reasons or details of another's experience before trusting something so important as their family to the hands of someone else. Clint Barbour was my divorce attorney. He is direct, detail oriented, trustworthy and drama free. He made everything straight forward and easy to understand. Mr. Barbour provided excellent counsel and advice. I had zero doubt that he 100% had my best interest in mind. He was absolutely the right person. He was a calm in the middle of a storm. Not to mention, he Is from Fayette County and knows everyone in this town. ( that's always a plus in a small town).Divorce sucks. Clint Barbour made it suck less.

I have used this law office for two custody disputes. Both times I have been more than satisfied. During the second custody dispute Justin helped me obtain primary custody of my daughter. The circumstances surrounding the situation were like writing an emotional roller coaster. Justin was always available and more than once calmed me down and walked me through every step. He was a great attorney and I am so thankful for all of his help.

I worked with Clint Barbour to mitigate and resolve two traffic citations in Fulton County. I'm from Alabama, so the fact that Clint and I were able to transact via phone and email was tremendous. He was quite clear on exactly what he needed, saving me much time and energy. As far as these things go, this was about as painless as possible. All I had to do was show up for my court appearance. Probably a total investment of 2.5 hours!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to becoming an attorney, while in law school, I worked for a criminal defense attorney who represented a lot of indigent (people who cannot afford attorneys) clients. Through that work, I learned a great deal about criminal defense before even becoming an attorney.
As part of my continuing legal education, I try to take courses that increase my knowledge in my favorite field of practice - criminal defense.
