Introduction: Our services include the following: * Bookkeeping to include monthly cumulative statement of income and expenses, balance sheets, and bank reconciliation * Form filing to all tax authorities associated with the best practices of your business * Tax planning by providing advisement in direct relationship to tax laws and their impact on your business while taking prior year taxes into consideration and under review * Tax preparation based on work performed for your business throughout the calendar year * Audit representation is equivalent to insurance policy. You hope you never need it, but if you should, we will represent on your behalf at the agent level. * Payroll services (full-service payroll department to include year-end forms) * Onsite data entry (hourly fees apply) * Business structure and license review * Phone consultation when you have questions and want to speak to a live representative We have an all-inclusive fee schedule, which includes the following: * All services excluding payroll is $300 monthly. * Hourly services at $50 per hour Payroll fees are as follows: * Weekly -- $175 per month * Biweekly -- $110 per month This is for up to five employees.
