What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I consult you via text or thumbtack first. Then I send you some styles to see what you like. Next, I come out and measure to give you a sense of the size and scope of the project. After that, you can expect an estimate in just 24 hours or less. If you like the estimate, I send you a proposal and attach the quote!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training, I’ve done over 30 projects to date.
