- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We no longer provide estimates based on photos, videos, or satellite images. Every property is different, so we visit each project in person to evaluate the current conditions before providing pricing. This allows us to give every customer the most accurate and fair estimate possible. We proudly offer discounts for senior citizens and veterans. Our proposals are emailed in three (3) business days or less after visiting your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you request an estimate, we'll ask for the service address and your email address right away. This allows us to find the earliest opening in our route and schedule your on-site consultation as quickly as possible. During the visit, we'll discuss your goals, answer questions, evaluate the property, and take measurements if needed. Afterward, we'll send a detailed proposal by email outlining the recommended work and pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience is built on more than 25 years in the landscaping industry. We began by working with established corporate landscaping companies, where we developed strong technical skills and learned industry best practices. We continue learning through experience, research, and staying current on landscaping techniques, plant care, and installation methods.
