I got a silk press for the first time, in awhile and I was nervous because I knew my hair was probably severely damaged and it would have to be cut off.. Ms. Chara did amazing reassuring me through the process and walking me through why she was doing each step, and what I can do to help between presses. I love my experience. She is amazing! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is for arch type shown in the picture. There is an installation/travel fee of $100-200 which is based on complexity of the design and whether or not I will have to return to remove the design. Accents like leaves, butterflies, and foil balloons are included. Pampas and flowers may incur and extra fee. Custom backdrops will be an extra fee and yours to keep.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically discuss your event and your desired look, exchange pictures of the space, and decide on a design over the phone.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing balloon decorations for friends and people started to request more services!
