- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
KD Handy Services are competitive with the market prices. Our inspection fee is only $75 and if hired, it's deducted from the total job cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is providing a smooth intake process by gathering all requirement information then providing the customer with an estimate on all material and labor required to complete the job. We then schedule the job once the estimated has been provided and approved by the customer.
