- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all new projects, it is best to provide a few pieces of information to Crafte Steps Renovations. This includes: 1-Your name 2-Best way to deliver a quote. 3-Work needed. 4-Pictures of the work or project area. Additionally, for many large projects, a free on-site quote is required. We know it takes more time, but it allows us to inform our customers about project options, requirements, and/or meet our customers' needs, wants, and expectations. 5-Materials. Should Crafted Steps supply materials, or is it the customer's responsibility? We are open to either. You are welcome to purchase materials. We also have recommended locations, but they are not always the most cost-effective option available. We also do not upcharge materials. 6-Budget. A budget helps us understand the work we should prioritize. We WILL NOT increase our quote if your budget is higher than required. We love to save money, too! In addition, this allows us to offer options based on cost. 7-Payment type. Credit Cards, require a 3% charge due to processing.
