Katisha really impressed me with her willingness to assist, her sense of urgency as well as her professionalism. Not to mention she is a pleasure to be around. Some ppl come in with good work ethic but lack basic ppl skills. I appreciate the value that she brings to the table. Just an awesome person to work with.
