- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price per square foot, and extend of work that needs to be done, how many people it will require to have the job done in a timely manner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a one and one meeting at the customer’s convenience to better understand it’s needs, to evaluate the work. Customer will receive within the next hours a quote. Once both parties agreed, we schedule a date for the cleaning. Customer will then receive an invoice and it must be paid before cleaning. Customer will receive a follow up call the next day to make sure, customer’s expectations are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I decided to open the cleaning company, I got as much training as possible. I wanted to offer a professional cleaning that meets with high standards. I am a certified: Carpet Color Restoration Carpet Color Change Stain Removal Bleach Sport Repair Maid Carpet Care Floor Care Restroom Sanitation Worker Safety All employees are well trained and experienced.
