- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope of the project and the level of design support needed. Styling and design direction fees are separate from furniture and decor purchases. Clients purchase items directly. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the immediate service area. Clear pricing is discussed upfront before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to understand the client’s goals, lifestyle, and existing space. From there, I provide layout guidance, styling direction, and recommendations for elevating the room. Clients receive clear next steps and a curated shopping list if needed. My process is collaborative, organized, and designed to feel stress free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands on design work, years of space planning and styling projects, and ongoing self-education in layout, color theory, and functional design. I combine practical experience with a strong understanding of how environment impacts mood, flow, and daily living.
