What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
E-Design 3 different packages, plus custom options for larger projects or commercial options Full Service design is based on the type and size of the project and require and in-home consultation
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Initial phone call to discuss the initial consult and book the in-home consultation. -Client fills out a new brief new client survey -At the consultation we will discuss design needs and the rooms/ spaces chosen. After the meeting, a quote will be emailed to clients within 2 business days stating the project scope, design fee, purchasing fee, and any additional services necessary to complete the project.
