Atlanta's Premier Graphic Design Studio is doing a great job on my project. They're still in production so far so good. Not expensive at all and their punctuality is great. Every time I need to speak with them I have no problem getting them on the phone or no problem getting a response to an email. I'm hoping everything goes great as far as my business adventure, so I can use them again in all my stores that I plan on opening online in the future. I've seen there work and I'm confident that they're going to show the same excellent work in my project as they have done in their other projects. Hey guys!! I DID NOT forget about you and the EXCEPTIONAL job that you did on my logo!! I know that it has been a minute, but well...I am here now. LOL. Antonio and his staff were nothing but professional! I had the priviledge of working with them strictly through messaging in the beginning and then finally upgrading to some WONDERful phone conversations, due to residing and working in several states, a hectic schedule, and me being sick. Antonio Marshall responded to our Thumbtack.com inquiry with a phone call within 24 hours of submitting our logo design request. We already had a logo idea in mind, but he added his insights and made our logo concept better. The work took about two weeks, as we were often communicating back and forth in order to revise and finalize the design. All throughout he remained responsive, patient, proactive, and he even gave us helpful advice in ensuring we chose the correct concept for our company's image/brand. We were very satisfied with the work that Antonio/Tiggio Studios performed and the price charged. Improvement: At times, I couldn't keep track (off hand) of what changes were made and when, so perhaps a logo revision tracking sheet would be helpful so that at any time, clients will know where they stand in number of edits/what revisions were made.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tiggio has 3 logo project packages: Lite, Basic, Essential, and Extravagant. Lite Package is $150 and includes 2 concepts, 3 rounds of revisions, and our extensive deliverables. Basic Package is $200 and includes 3 concepts, 3 rounds of revisions, and our extensive deliverables. Essential is $300 and includes 6 concepts, 3 rounds of revisions, and our extensive deliverables. Extravagant Package is $400 and includes 10 concepts, unlimited rounds of revisions, and our extensive deliverables. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To keep our customers relative and competitive in our ever changing market we always keep ourselves educated. Our team of designers often always completes a wide of variety of education sessions weekly. Tiggio is committed to continuously investing in growing our team through education for the sake of our client’s growth.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our typical process starts with a free 15-minute project consultation. During the call we will discuss your project, answer your questions, and present our service options. Once you have selected a package, you will need to complete our intake form and 50% deposit payment in order to start the project. The project will begin on the next business day after both items have been completed. Our team takes 5 to 7 business days to develop the design concepts and deliver them in a custom presentation. You will need to select one concept to move forward with and identify your desired revisions. Once you have approved the final design, the completion payment will be due. Once we have received payment we will prepare and deliver your project deliverables. We also back up your project files in case you ever need them in the future: tiff, png, jpg, and eps
