Introduction: Welcome to A New Creation Psychotherapy Services LLC. I am Dr. Candice Cooper-Lovett therapist, owner, and CEO of A New Creation Psychotherapy Services. We offer services to couples who are struggling with communication, intimacy (emotional and sexual), trust,and connection. We create a safe and healing environment where clients can share their most difficult life circumstances with the hopes to begin their transformative growth process and feel empowered. We provide services via in person in my office and via online through VSee and Zoom as well as phone sessions. A New Creation offers a safe, healing, and therapeutic environment for clients, which can foster a place of trust and intimacy. We provide individual, couple, family, sex and group therapy services to those who are recovering from trauma, specifically intimate partner sexual and community violence. We also focus on work with couples to help them in becoming reconnected and having a healthy relationship. The goal in therapy is to provide healing, empowerment and transformative growth with clients struggling with: We offer a safe, healing, and therapeutic environment for clients, which can foster a place of trust and intimacy. We provide individual, couple, family and sex therapy services. The goal in therapy is to provide healing, empowerment and transformative growth with clients struggling with: Emotional Regulation Recovery from Infidelity Intimacy, Trust, Communication, and Sexual Connection Mood Disorders Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Self-Esteem Sexuality and Sexual Issues Generalized Anxiety and Panic Disorders Dr. Cooper-Lovett in particular has worked extensively with sexual abuse survivors, domestic violence survivors, youth witnesses to domestic violence and youth who have endured sexual abuse. She has also worked with couples who struggle with connection, trust and communication. Through her compassionate care and support, clients can start the healing process. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes for self pay I charge $150/hr for couples and $100/hr for individual.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients they call us for a brief telephone consultation to see if we are a good fit for one another. We then discuss payment such as insurance or out of pocket and if that works for the both of us. Lastly, we schedule an appointment and a consent packet gets sent along with other specific details (address, session length, etc)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dr. Cooper has a masters degree in marriage and family therapy and she also has a PhD in couples and family therapy and have been doing this work for over 10 years. Dr. Cooper also has done a lot of training as it relates to trauma, families, and couples work.
