Chef Seasonbay is absolutely amazing. This is the second time my husband and I has used his services. His food is beyond delicious, his attention to detail is incredible, everything is so fresh and full of flavor. We have already started the process to book him again later this year for my mom and her fiance

We connected with O’Shane (SeasonBay) a couple of weeks before my parents birthday dinner. He was prompt to respond, provided a sample of menus for us to sort through, and we booked the date! He arrived at our home, ready to roll; and created a FUN and FILLING evening for our family; caping off the night with a special dessert and drinks! The man works hard, is professional -and his Caribbean Cuisine is awesome! Lots of homemade sauces and spices make his meals one of kind. Will definitely hire again, and recommend to all of our friends/family.

This experience was amazing!!! And the food was even better! During the whole time he was cooking for our anniversary dinner he was explaining different tips and tricks for us to use when we cook at home. He did 3 course including a salad and we weren’t able to finish it because it was so much. I WILL be using him again for all future events.

Seasonbay is not merely a name but a lifestyle. He created such a memorable experience for my guests and I that we won’t ever forget.
I hosted a dinner party to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary and a birthday celebration for one of my guests. The food was immaculate!!! From the first bite of the crab cake appetizer (I’m salivating just thinking about it) we knew we were in for a treat. I had the fried lobster tail and herb crusted salmon (DELICIOUS) and the other three guests had steak and fried lobster tails. Everyone was raving at how magnificent the food and presentation were. Seasonbay was so thoughtful, caring and professional the entire evening and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. He did not disappoint and definitely lives up to his name! We definitely will utilize his service for all future events and I highly recommend his culinary services to others. Peace and blessings!
