- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically begin with a quick conversation to learn more about your property, your goals, and what type of support you’re looking for. From there, we provide a complimentary rental analysis and walk you through current market conditions, pricing strategy, and our management process. Our approach is very hands-on and responsive from the beginning. We believe communication is key, so we make ourselves available to answer questions and guide owners through every step of the process. Once you’re ready to move forward, we handle everything from marketing and tenant placement to ongoing management, maintenance coordination, accounting, and inspections—making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed real estate professional and property management company in Georgia, we have training and experience in residential leasing, property management, fair housing compliance, landlord-tenant laws, risk management, and real estate operations. We continuously stay up to date on Georgia rental regulations, leasing requirements, industry best practices, and property management systems to ensure we provide professional and compliant service to both owners and tenants. In addition to formal licensing and training, our experience working with rental properties throughout the South Atlanta market gives us strong insight into pricing strategy, tenant placement, property operations, and investment protection.
