FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in straightforward, honest pricing with no hidden fees. Every job is different, so pricing is based on the scope of work and materials required. Before any work begins, I'll explain the issue, discuss your options, and provide pricing so you know exactly what to expect. My goal is to provide quality workmanship and long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every job starts with understanding the problem. I'll discuss the issue with you, perform an inspection or diagnosis as needed, and explain what I find in clear terms. If repairs are needed, I'll provide a recommended solution and pricing before any work begins. My goal is to complete the job correctly the first time while keeping you informed throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Georgia Journeyman Plumber with over 10 years of experience in commercial and service plumbing. My background includes troubleshooting, repairs, and installations in residential, commercial, and healthcare facilities. I have completed formal apprenticeship training through UA Local 72 and hold certifications including OSHA 30, EPA Section 608, and Backflow Prevention. I continue to build on my knowledge through ongoing training to provide safe, high-quality plumbing solutions for my customers.
