What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers is I have a one-page document that I have them fill out. This document gives me background information on the customer, as well as it tells me what the customer has been doing professionally and if they want to stay in the same career or if they want to transition into a different career. With this information, I am able to comprise them with a winning resume and cover letter.
