We had a leak in our roof over the attic and we called rooftops and they came the next day evaluated the situation and set up an appointment with us and knocked it out the ballpark with the job they did for us and I will be using them in the future for any work that we might need

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have partnered with GAF to offer roofs for troops.
We also offer additional discounts for all military veterans and first reponders
We offer discounts for seniors
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Traditionally we would meet with the homeowner and go over their needs. Then we would determine a course of action. Go over product samples and pricing.
However due to the current covid 19. We now also offer remote contact free estimates. We also have a complete online show room with all of our products we offer shown for your convenience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I would say most of my training would be considered on the job training. However I became a HAAG engineering certified roofing inspector in 2010.
I have been schooled and certified directly from exactware. ( The makers of exactimate insurance estimating software)
I am a Factory trained GAF certified installer.
