I was a little worried about having someone come out to my house as I was afraid my cable issue was going to be a major issue. After buying a house, the painters accidentally covered up the primary cable cord, resulting in me unable to set-up my internet. However, the Elite AV tech showed up and know what he was doing. By asking the right questions, we were able to determine what had happened. He was able to locate the hidden cable in the wall and get my internet up and running. He also covered the wall where the cable was found with an electrical plate so it looks professionally repaired. I'll definitely use this service again when needed.
