What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If the Technician is certified in their field. Green Light Technicians are all IICRC Certified.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
As far as remediation services, the customer needs to know if they are going to be self pay or going through insurance.
