The Best!! This company gets a A++ from me I’ve used them twice. I had a fire and a sewage issues all in one year. I have a lot of expensive and sentimental belongings and was so overwhelmed with the thought of my items needing to be moved and cleaned from my fire. I was so please with the manner my items we moved and the care and consideration they received . All my questions were answered about the process. Peach State was fast, professional and the best part was when I had questions or concerns, I was always able to reach someone and I didn’t feel like a number. Thank you all so much !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are prices are very competitive for our area. Please don’t be afraid to ask for a discount if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we like to do is gather information from the customer to get a accurate understanding of what they need and how best we can help. Second we want to do is schedule an appointment we are a 24/7 emergency service restoration company so we are available anytime day or night. Once we arrive on site we perform a free full inspection. Once this is completed we will let you know what it will take to get your home to a pre loss condition. We will also let u know what options we recommend for payment wethers it’s less than your insurance deductible and you want to take care of it out of pocket or you would like to handle it with your home owners insurance. We are experiencing and are devoted to taking care of of customer in either situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for a long time we have 60+ years of combined experience among our project managers.
We are also an IICRC certified firm.
