They came the same day in a short time and Assessed my water and mold damage and told me what needed to happen to remediate the problem. They talked to my insurance company. My insurance company told me they were using all the proper equipment. They took out the damaged material and cleaned the air and affected surrounding. I also used them for another time when the sewage pipe broke in the Crawl space. They took a layer of dirt of the entire door. No smell of sewage left. These were very good experiences.

I would like to say that my overall experience with this company was wonderful. They were not only professional but kind as well. I liked the fact that they answered all the questions and adressed all the concerns I had before and after doing the work on my house. I'm big on good customer service and that's exactly what I received from RCM. I highly recommend this company for all your restoration needs. Hopefully I want be needing any no time soon, but if so I will definitely be giving them a call.

RCM was very knowledgeable about the water damage that took place in my home. They walked me through the process, dealt with my insurance co. through the entire job and made me feel valued in my time of disaster. I cant thank them enough for taking care of me and my family.
