- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with new clients begins with a relaxed and open conversation about where you are in your journey and where you'd like to grow. We'll then complete a general health assessment form together to ensure a safe and personalized experience. From there, I provide step-by-step guidance through breath and movements, tailored to your unique needs and goals.
