I was actually surprised how quickly he initially responded. But even moreso how quickly we got together... developed a plan and then actually started the work. I tend to get involved with situations such as this and have my own ideas how tro do things.He was very willing to work with me and take ideas which he then put into action with his team.
Was everything perfect.? No. But was I overwhelmingly Pleased with the outcome. YES!
I truly felt as ifr I got a very reasonable Bargain on a job well done.
I woulds highly recommend him.... and to prove it I am hiring him on another remodel job of a different sort. Soon to begin.... if all goes as planned.

JB can finish the job they were paid to do correctly. The flooring was installed beautifully. However, the quarter rounds were not installed in 3 of the rooms. The wrong color quarter rounds were installed in the master bedroom. Despite JB promising to return to finish the 3 rooms he was paid to do, only after I pointed out he was already paid to do these rooms, he has yet to return. He has stated that he would be returning on 2 different weekends. One weekend he remembered he was going away after I reached out to confirm The next weekend, he just did not show. He also wanted me to pay him to correct the mistake that was made in the master bedroom claiming first that it was my fault because I told him that the pieces that I did not see were for the master br. He then claimed that he did not see the quarter rounds for the flooring for the mbr although I saw that these pieces were cut, nailed into the floor and then removed. I forgot to mention that I cannot close my bathroom door. I waited to write this review to give JB enough time to make things right. Apparently, JB will only do the job properly if someone is there watching. I thought this was a professional contractor. Now, I am looking for someone to complete the job. No bueno.
