Lee was very clear about how he would complete the job and was knowledgeable about the product I had picked for my flooring. He arranged the drop shipment directly from the company for a better discount and got the ball rolling around my schedule. Very quick and easy going at the same time. Did a little bit of custom thresholds for me, too.

Lee refinished about 800 sqft of wood flooring on the main floor of a home we recently purchased. He also installed some new wood flooring in a hallway and coat closet because it did not match the rest of the home. He was always very professional, easy to contact, gave quick responses, and showed up on time. He got the job done in a timely manner and did all the work himself. He matched the stain very closely to the previous color and now the floors look brand new! The area where he changed out the laminate to hardwood looks great, you can't tell that it's new wood, and it matches the rest of the existing wood floors very well! If we need a flooring guy again we will hire Lee with Arborwood Flooring.

100% satisfaction! Our disaster carpeted master bedroom, 2 walk in closets, and hallway are now eloquent hardwood flooring. Mr Tuttle (Arbor Wood) has our highest customer satisfaction rating. He is honest, a true craftsman, and the flooring matches what we have. No complaints. He respected our home by cleaning up and cut the flooring outside to minimize dust. These were not factory finished oak but I dare anyone to show me the 10 year old flooring because it matches. We will be hiring him again to sand and seal our other hardwood floors! And last of all lee was very reasonable on his prices.
