- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we providing a quote, we always doing research on common prices in the metro area in comparison against Nationwide prices for a similar job to make sure that our customers will receive quality work at fair pricing. We also provide a discount for seniors and military personnel. Our company is fully insured with General Liability company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always welcome new customers. First of all, we are interview customers by phone or texting to identify the problem with their appliances. To determine the price for service, we are scheduling an appointment to estimate cost and time for repair. Our service call fee is $55 and waved with service cost over!$150. We always following up with the customers within the first three days to make sure they are delighted with our service. Also, the Labor warranty for 30 days always provided.

Our team is always open to learning despite their current experience. We are attending professional forums and online pieces of training to make that we on the top of any innovation to serve our customers with the best service possible.
