I Hired Bold Believer Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning to pressure wash the home I just purchased. I looked at 3 different companies and decided on this company because they were a Top Pro Company which only 1% of companies and when I spoke to him I could tell he was a good person and that means a lot to me. When scheduling, he was not concerned about what worked best for him, but he was clear that whenever I needed it done he will make it work. This would be impressive enough but I later found out he was 1 1/2 hours away from me (on a good day) but this did not matter to him. When he arrived, he could see that he had his work cut out for him because the previous owner really neglected the home. This did not matter to him and he kept the price the same. All throughout the day he worked hard on cleaning the entire home, I was very impressed with the work ethic I was seeing. So, at the end of the day, I reviewed his work and was impressed with the amount of effort he put into the job and the progress was very good from where it started. He asked me what I thought and I said "It is about as good as it's going to get, since it started out so bad!" He then looked at me and said "Well I don't agree, he should be better, I want it all gone!" Without hesitation, he said " I will be back tomorrow (remember 1 1/2 hour each way) to hit it again and I won't stop until it is perfect in my eyes!" True to his word there he was back at it again and he did not stop until it was perfect! I'm a professional in a different field so I know what it is like to excel with a customer and he amazed me with he work ethic, professionalism and great attitude! I will without question ALWAYS use him for my Pressure Washing needs and I absolutely promise you if you hire this man and this company you will so very happy you did and you will never use another after!
