Jeff was fantastic to work with. I have an extremely long driveway with substantial elevation changes and Jess was able to accomplish the whole job in less than two hours. It looks phenomenal and his prices were the best I received from five firms. I intend to use RPS for my deck and the exterior of my home in the coming months. I’ve found my pressure washing firm!

Chelsea and Jeff were so easy to communicate with from the start. Jeff listened to all of my requests and left me with a power washed, beautifully stained deck., even his clean up was impeccable! I intend to hire home for more deck and porch work!

We initially hired them for Pressure wash @ our home due to the stain mark in our drive way and had mentioned that if it comes out, I want to do the work, if not, I don't want to spend $200. He tried it for Free, when I was satisfied, I hired him and did the work. Next day the mark came back and I called him. He was very responsive in returning call and promised to come back again next week. I actually thought he was only saying it to get off the phone but he came back and re did the work. In this day and age, this kind of work can only be done by a good ethical company. Best wishes to them

Nothing bad can be said of Ross Property Services. Chelsea, Jeff, and Dustin have been a complete delight to work with. Jeff pressure washed my deck before Dustin stained it. All the work done was exactly what we wanted and very professional. I will definitely work with them again in the future!
