Sir, the fact that you are slandering our company is a shame. Because of this we will be looking into legal action ourselves. We have not claimed you were “making it up”, we looked into your claims so that we could rectify the situation if said claims were true. Upon doing so we found out you never had your car physically diagnosed at the dealership, you just had an invoice made for you based off of your description of what you’ve tried to claim was wrong. Nonetheless - never had it serviced, have had multiple people involved in your charade, admitted to lying about the repairs being done/bringing your car to the dealership, continuously harassed our partners, and now attempt to slander our name. It was a pleasure to do your cars but the aftermath in regards to your attempts to obtain a refund based on falsified information and lies has been preposterous. If said claim was actually true we would’ve rectified it immediately with no problem, however you have even admitted to us said claim was false. We have been doing this for 20+ years, never have had an issue to what you’re claiming and will continue to do exceptional work. It was our pleasure to work on your vehicles, however we are sad to have had falsified claims from you afterwards, harassment, and slander especially after you had confessed to making up the claim at hand.
