He was helpful and took the time to explain the roof issue clearly. I also appreciated him pointing out the water damage under the soffit and explaining what to watch for. Thank you for your help and attention to detail!

Bulat responded very quickly to my roof repair request. He fixed the shingle that was loose and checked the roof for any issues and repaired those as well. Very reasonable price for the repairs.

Would give six stars if I could! Bulat went above and beyond to complete my roof repair expertly and quickly. He spent extra time to precisely identify the source of the leak before providing an estimate. The repair work was scheduled quickly, and finished in less time than I expected with minimal disruption. And, he even took the time to test the repair and be sure the issue was completely resolved. Bulat was easy to work with, always arrived when promised, and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend him.

Bulat was honest, personable, friendly, and very reasonably priced. He repaired my roof, cleaned my gutters, and even made a preventative repair to a roof vent, all within a day of me reaching out! He was responsive, professional, and did quality work. I'd definitely recommend him.
