- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices will not go above $45 unless a part is required. If a part is required, then the price will be the the cost of the part, and the labor of $25
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first gain an understanding of what the issue really is, and what it will take to resolve said issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in office system technology, and computer repair and service. I also have three years in college level instruction in computer repair, internet basics, operating systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
