I am leaving this review because I want to be honest. I originally told the owner I would not leave a review out of respect for the fact that she has children to care for. I also have children to care for and I feel like I wasted my money. My home, which I keep very clean to begin with, was cleaned yesterday by Neat Spaces. Their arrival window was from 10 to 11 in the morning. I did not receive a message until 11:07, which was after the window had already passed. The message stated the new arrival time was from 11 to 12. I let the company know that they should have asked first and I requested my deposit back. I also advised them that I would leave a review because of the professionalism. The owner said they were already on their way and offered me a discount. I made it clear that I did not want a discount. I just wanted them to arrive and provide an exceptional service. She agreed and said she would give me an estimated time of arrival. That never happened. Two men finally showed up at 12:50 in the afternoon. This was outside of both promised windows. They had no uniforms, which made me uncomfortable because clear identification is important when allowing people into your home. They also arrived without any professional equipment. They had no vacuum, no mop, and only a small shower caddy of basic household disinfectants. I paid for a professional cleaning and expected professional quality products and preparation. I later found out they were Ubered to my house, which made me even more concerned. One of the main reasons I booked was because I have a new baby and needed the floors vacuumed and mopped properly. I also assumed why she asked me what kind of floors I had so they could be prepared. I also hoped to schedule monthly services if the first cleaning went well. The two cleaners were polite and worked with what they had, but it was clear they were waiting for the owner to bring the proper supplies. I texted her for an update and she told me she was 20 minutes away. She never arrived with the equipment. She eventually called to say the team had used a Swiffer instead of a mop and then asked if I could dismiss them. I still paid the full amount and even left them tips. My house did look a little cleaner, but it did not look professionally cleaned. My friends often talk about how great their cleaning services are with other companies, and I truly expected a similar experience. After they finished, the two men left in another Uber. The cleaners were kind, but the lack of professionalism, the poor communication, the late arrival, and the lack of proper supplies were disappointing. I was offered 40 percent off my next service, but I will not be rebooking. The pricing is fair, but I feel like I wasted my money. If you decide to book, make your expectations very clear and make sure you are fully satisfied before paying. If the owner sees this, I hope she views it as an opportunity to improve and make things better for future customers. I wish I had seen a review like this before booking because it would have saved me a lot of frustration.

I was super excited about the amazing organization Miss Wetzler did the kids toys my closet pots and pans were two a tee . I did not have to go behind her on anything. I will definitely use her again. Keep her personally for myself. Also, she is very color-coordinated when it comes to organizing things in your closet. She is the best. Great equity.

•Cleaning Efficiency: (3/5) While some areas were cleaned adequately, over an hour was spent on my half bath alone, even after I mentioned several times that we were close to guest arrival. This caused other areas to feel rushed or incomplete. •Communication: (3/5) Responses were polite, but pricing was never clarified despite repeated questions, especially regarding a haul add-on. This left me uncertain about the final bill until after the service. I also felt I had to keep reiterating my guest arrival time and scattered efforts continued past my requested completion time. •Punctuality: (1/5) Arrival was 6 hours later than agreed time. At one point, I was offered 50% off a future service as an apology, but the lateness created significant disruption to my schedule and plans. •Professionalism: (2/5) Although quite friendly, the process felt inconsiderate. The final cost came in 45% higher than the quoted price, despite the job being smaller in scope than listed (the entire apt was not to be cleaned). •Value for Price: (2/5) The initial "overestimate" was reasonable. However, the final amount requested was 45% higher, despite the reduced scope of work (the entire apt was not to be cleaned) and lateness. Also, several spaces were not cleaned completely, such as vent in half bath, microwave exterior/ interior, floors (never mopped) and ceiling fan •Overall Rating: (3/5) The service did get my home neater, but the extreme delay, inadequate cleaning, lack of transparency in pricing, and inflated final invoice made the experience frustrating.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I start pricing on the higher side so I’m not caught off guard by homes or spaces that require extra attention. My prices are negotiable, and I do work with customers’ budgets. That said, I don’t like lowering rates to the point where corners get cut or the quality of the clean is devalued. I believe in providing the level of care your home deserves, and my pricing reflects both the time and detail required to do the job right.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by listening carefully to your goals, priorities, and budget. Then I set clear expectations on the rate, scope of work, and timeline so there are no surprises. I customize a plan—whether it’s a deep clean, recurring maintenance, or organizing project—and keep you updated throughout. My process is thorough, but also flexible so we can adapt to your home or business’s specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Human Services with a concentration in Psychology and an Associate’s degree in Interior Decorating. Both give me a unique advantage: I understand the emotional side of clutter and disorganization, and I know how to transform spaces aesthetically and functionally. Combined with over 15 years of hands-on experience in cleaning and organizing, these skills allow me to take my work to a deeper level and create systems that last.
