Working with Sheena Freeman was a life changer for me. I originally started life coaching with her because I needed help overcoming past hurts and trauma but I learned so much more. I now know who I am, and how to maintain a life of peace, balance, and freedom. I’ve been through several different personal development programs but this by far has been the best.

If I was to describe my life coaching sessions in two words,"life changing" would fit the description.
Each session allowed me to disect some things in my life. Bring things about my life into prospective. It helped me to identify my strengths and improve on those not so strong areas. It helped me to push past my limited limitations that I unconsciously,
( through fear, doubt, and intimidation) manifested. Each session helped to bring about confidence and reassurance of myself. How to be driven with purpose and being intentional in life.
Her sessions has really help me to implement strategies and establish structure in order to see changes in my life for the absolute best.
Her life coaching sessions offers beyond more than what we anticipate to receive.
