I hired Tim to repair/replace the back porch fence and gate plus fill in gaps in the concrete steps. I received three quotes before making the decision as to who to hire. Tim's quote was very detailed while the others were just a total cost. The work was done exactly as he described in the quote. He was very good at keeping me informed of the status, any needed changes from the original plan and when he would be returning to complete the work. And he cleaned up the work site upon completion.

I offer free estimates and usually a range of options for a project, with varying affordability whenever possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about the type of project they are interested in and set a convenient time to provide a free estimate. We will discuss their wants and needs, and any other options that may be more affordable, and come up with a plan that satisfies their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for over a decade under a Master Carpenter and Master Plumber in the Chattanooga area before going out on my own. I have over 15 years of total experience in the construction trades. Products, materials and methods change often with technology, so my education never stops.
