- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free estimates and usually a range of options for a project, with varying affordability whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about the type of project they are interested in and set a convenient time to provide a free estimate. We will discuss their wants and needs, and any other options that may be more affordable, and come up with a plan that satisfies their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for over a decade under a Master Carpenter and Master Plumber in the Chattanooga area before going out on my own. I have over 15 years of total experience in the construction trades. Products, materials and methods change often with technology, so my education never stops.
