Introduction: I follow a 49 point cleaning checklist to include a comprehensive cleaning from floor to ceiling, also including, but not limited to, laundry service, dishwashing, etc. Nowhere in my approach to cleaning will you find corners cut or inferior performance. Also available (at an additional cost) are: lawn care, carpet steam cleaning, interior painting... pretty much anything that will help make your life a little easier! For basic cleaning, I charge by the square footage of your home (up to 1500 sq. feet is $50, 1500-2500 sq. feet is $75 and above 2500 sq. is $100). I also offer recurring customer discounts and referral incentives, as well as business discounts for more often cleaning. For the additional services that I mentioned, the charge is $15/hour.
