Zach from precision deserves many compliments: he is not only a plumber who arrives once needed, educating you with your options but also a hard working shroud business man. he called, explained how his team works, asked a few questions and went out to the property a few hours after. Solved the problem without detailing how hard it was (like many plumbers do for some reason...) while highlighting a few issues to educate me on existing situation. He also quoted for Replacment of all pipes. That was an hour ago and the tenant has approved everything is now working properly. I will be happy to use his services again.
