We are new to the Flowery Branch area, and needed someone to service our HVAC system. After finding North Hall Heating and Air, we were able to schedule an appointment quickly and Joe came out just as promised. He is very knowledgeable and not only answered our questions, but gave us additional information that was very helpful. His work was thorough, and we signed up for the yearly maintenance contract. Very pleased, and highly recommend!

Joe is awesome!! We wanted to hire him to fix our AC, but he helped us fix it over the phone and did not charge us a thing. He did all of this on a Sunday! Joe is incredibly nice and very knowledgeable and experienced. He responded to our inquiry ASAP, walked us through our problem and solution, because he cares about his customers. I would absolutely recommend Joe as a reliable and trustworthy person to do the job. He even spent time talking to my husband about installing an AC system in our basement when we finish it, a job that we will definitely hire him for. Do yourself a favor and hire Joe!

Mr. Jones called prior to arrival to let us know he was on the way. He arrived at designated time. He was very courteous and professional. He explained our problem and did a temporary fix so we would have availability of heat or air until a needed part he ordered has arrived. He will keep in touch tomorrow and finish repair as soon as the part arrives. We are very pleased with his service and fair prices. Would highly recommend Mr. Jones! So glad we found his company.
