Patrick was awesome. I had other technicians come out and they completely misdiagnosed my issue and wanted to charge me a lot of money for something that wasn’t even the problem. Patrick came out promptly, he diagnosed the issue quickly, and got my heart back running. He even showed me how to correctly install my filter, which I had been doing wrong for nine years. I highly recommend him.

it was an amazing experience. no overcharges or ridiculous fees. it's been hard to trust people with their insane quotes but not with Reciprocity. Pat was prompt and fixed everything
Pat was highly professional while being extremely patient with my questions. Picked up the part right away, and had it installed within 30 minutes of arrival. He didn't cut any corners and ensured all testing was done to make sure the new control board was working without any issue.
