Elias handled the land demolition and clearing on my property well. I coordinated the equipment and planning side, but he took full ownership of the execution and delivered outstanding results despite challenging weather conditions...rain, cold, mud, the works. He and his crew powered through without excuses, stayed safe, kept things moving efficiently, and got the entire job done almost on schedule. Will use Elias and his team in future.

Elias and his professional crew did an outstanding job on my deck extension, under deck work.
Elias is very detail-oriented, ensuring every aspect was handled with care and precision. He brought in a good, efficient team that completed the work quickly without cutting corners...the results exceeded my expectations.
Communication was great overall; Elias primarily speaks Spanish but handled all discussions in English, and any minor gaps were more than made up for by his attentiveness, clear explanations, and willingness to answer questions.

Zayd remodeling painted an 18 foot foyer and did an excellent job with the interior painting of the walls, ceiling and baseboards along the stair case. The crew arrived at the designated time, covered the wall and floors with plastic to prevent paint spills and did a great job with the cleanup. I will use Zayd remodeling again for any interior painting.
