James repaired my squeaking stairs a couple hours ago and I am very satisfied. I had a good impression of James from our first phone conversation. He listened well, explained his plan of action and gave me an estimate over the phone. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, did an excellent job and charged me less than I had anticipated, which was an answer to prayers. He was my blessing today and I already have plans to use his service in the near future.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with J Gee Stairs' quality of work and the whole experience in general of getting my stairs replaced. I recently bought a townhome & had the carpet on my stairs removed. The stairs were in absolutely horrible condition - uneven, shimmed, gaps, etc. I've attached "before" & "after" pictures so you can see why I'm so happy with the results. James has been doing stairs for 20 years, so he knows what he's doing. He was quick to respond and was very communicative. He & his son showed up exactly on time & got straight to work. They went above & beyond my expectations and were extremely pleasant & good-natured. On top of everything, they hauled off all the old materials & thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I could not be happier with my stair installation and I highly recommend J Gee Stairs.

All my education is hands on from day one. Started working in a whse and shop making stair parts. Made it all the way to sales. Then went to work for myself.
