- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive and upfront pricing. For repairs, our diagnostic fee is $99. Our skilled technician will come out and do a full inspection of your system, diagnose the issue, and go over all possible options for repairs. We proceed only with your approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you contact us as a new customer, you can expect a friendly phone call while we collect your information and book your first appointment. If you are in need of a new unit, our sales manager will contact you personally and go over your options so you can choose what new system works best for you. If you are in need of repairs, one of our technicians will come out and work efficiently to get your system up and running smoothly. If you need us, we are available 24/7 by email, phone, or text message!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has over 20 years of HVAC experience, both in the residential and commercial field. There's truly nothing that we can't handle! Besides a certified license, our decades of experience is what sets us apart.
