- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our pricing is transparent and tailored to your needs we provide custom quotes with bundle discounts for reoccurring services but please note that there is a 4-Hour minimum for standard and deep cleans. as well as a one-hour minimum for organizational services. no hidden fees - we're happy to walk you through every detail!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our process is easy first, we have a quick chat to understand what you need. then, we give you a custom quote. once you're ready we set a date and we keep you updated every step of the way
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
extensive experience with compliance and customer support as well as being a single parent, most importantly being driven and patient with people who may be overwhelmed or upset with themselves or something else
